How much does custom software cost?
Custom software starts at €5,000 excl. VAT. Since every project is different, we make a proposal with a fixed price and timeline after an analysis. Larger projects can be split into phases, so you can start small. The price mainly depends on:
- the number of screens, features and user roles
- integrations with existing systems
- security and privacy requirements
- whether it's built in one go or in phases

What's the difference between custom and off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf software is made for as many businesses as possible, so you adapt your way of working to the software. Custom software works the other way around: it adapts to your process.
Can we start small?
Yes, I often recommend it. We start with the most important features so you get value quickly, then build on based on what you learn.
What about security?
Users sign in securely via Keycloak and only see what they're allowed to. Data is stored in PostgreSQL and the application runs over a secure connection.
Who owns the software?
We agree on that up front in the contract. See also article 6 of the terms and conditions on intellectual property.
